Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages , any packages returned or delayed by the USPS, or any packages delayed by customs.

PLEASE NOTE : We are not responsible of any customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order. These customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand any specific duties and fees that may be associated with your country. These fees are not included in your shipping charges. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Our ship out dates starts on the 15th of each month if you signed up the prior month you will receive your subscription the beginning of the following month. Depending on which day you signed up on, it will determine when you will receive your subscription service. Please contact us if you have any questions.

WHEN IS MY RE-BILL DATE?
When you first subscribe to our subscriptions, you will be charged immediately on the day of your purchase for the current months subscription (if available). After you receive your first subscription, you will be re-billed on the 28th of each month.
 
PLEASE NOTE: We will try our best to get you your subscription before you are re-billed for the following months subscription. However, we do not guarantee that you will receive your current month's subscription before you are re-billed for the next month's subscriptions (especially for international shipments) as shipping times may vary due to destination, or other reasons.

WHICH DAY SHOULD I SUBSCRIBE BY TO RECEIVE THE CURRENT MONTHS BOX/BAG?
Subscription orders must be placed by the 28th of the month in order to receive the current months Subscriptions (e.g. In order to receive January's subscription, you must subscribe by January 28th. If subscribed after the 28th you will receive February's subscription)
Unless Subscriptions are Sold Out then you will be getting the following months subscription.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO CANCEL?
The Monthly plan cancellation request via your account page will take effect only if submitted prior to your renewal date. If your renewal date is on the 19th of the month you must cancel by the 27th. 
(e.g. you must cancel by JANUARY 27th if you want to cancel your FEBRUARY charge/box).
PLEASE NOTE: Cancelling a subscription will not cancel and refund the delivery orders that have been paid for, it only stops future renewal charges.The Fixed Rate cancellation request via your account page will take effect only if submitted by the 19th of the expiry month. (e.g. to opt out of your 6 month subscription, which starts with January and ends with the June box, you must cancel by June 19). A cancellation before the expiration will not be eligible for a refund on the remaining boxes in the subscription(s).

Yes, in order to skip a delivery, Simply send us a message before your renewal date and let us know!

Skipping a month will still keep your account ACTIVE, you will not be billed till the date submitted
